Not a brand invented in a boardroom.
A life distilled into three doors.
What if the most useful thing you could build was not another achievement — but a life where achievement, meaning and wellbeing reinforce each other?
Born in Yangon, Myanmar, my professional life has carried me through technology, banking, oil & gas, entrepreneurship and international organizations — from field environments and global networks to executive rooms, transformation programmes and cross-cultural teams.
That professional journey has also become a life across continents. I have lived in Myanmar, Thailand, Liberia, Sudan, Italy, Spain, the United States, Austria and Denmark, while work, learning and curiosity have taken me across 39 countries beyond Myanmar: through Asia and the Middle East — Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Japan, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait; across Africa — Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Ghana, Liberia, Gabon, South Sudan and Uganda; across Europe — Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia; and to the United States. I continue to explore new places, cultures and perspectives — because every place has something to teach.
I learned how to design resilient systems, translate complexity, work across cultures, and deliver when the stakes were real. But a longer journey taught me something even more important: the hardest systems to redesign are often human ones — identity, direction, energy, relationships, meaning and the courage to begin again.
There were chapters of progress and chapters of disruption. Times when the next step was obvious, and times when it was not. Each reinvention made the same lesson clearer: clarity creates movement; alignment creates strength; purposeful action creates momentum; and reflection keeps success from becoming an empty performance.
That is why byAUNG exists. It is not three unrelated ventures. It is one operating philosophy expressed in three ways — helping organizations create value, helping people create direction, and helping daily life create the space to remain human.
